Our Max F8 is perfect for when you need a fast and reliable gate operator for your commercial or industrial setting. Specifically designed for UL Class 3 and 4 applications, Max F18 finds use at military bases, airports, factories, corporate campuses, and so on. Sporting a gate opening capacity of 1600lbs/50ft, alongside a 18” per second direct drive speed, the F18 combines the speed and power needed for high-traffic areas. Please note that the Max F18 is not for residential use.

Will the Max F18 still be operable in case of a power outage?
The battery module used in F18s, the Max BC-7, is designed to provide smart trickle charging during normal operation so that batteries are always ready for emergencies. Because each F18 is built with solar panel integration, lightning protection (up to 20KVolts and 10KAmps on all inputs and outputs), and three modes of selectable battery backup functions, power outages won’t leave anyone stuck at your gate.
