Return Policy for Internet Orders: Full credit will be issued for items returned within 30 days of original invoice, less shipping costs, with the exception of fabricated/custom or special items. All returns must have an RMA # listed on the outside of the package or on the shipping label. Call us at 1-800-252-8117 for assistance prior to requesting a return authorization. The items must be returned in the original condition and in their original box or container. Customer assumes responsibility for damage to items during return shipment. Credit will be adjusted, when applicable, for damaged or missing items. If an order is refused at time of delivery, customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs. Shipping: Viking Fence Co. Ltd stocks the majority of items that we sell on-line. The majority of orders will be processed within 24 hours. Orders placed by 12 noon Central Standard time may ship that same day, depending on availability.

Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary from store to store. Internet pricing may vary from in-store pricing. Some items may not be stocked at all locations. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors in pricing and content of any printed advertisement or catalogue.

Loading: It is the sole responsibility of the customer, customer’s agent, or carrier to ensure any vehicle or trailer used to transport material is suitable to safely and legally transport any materials purchased from Viking Fence Co. Ltd. Our staff will ASSIST YOU in loading purchased items which will fit safely inside your vehicle or trailer, however, it is the ultimate and sole responsibility of the customer, customer’s agent, or carrier for securing and tying all merchandise safely inside vehicle or trailer and customer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Viking Fence Co. Ltd from any and all damages or injuries that may occur as a result of loading materials into or on an unsuitable vehicle or trailer or improperly securing and/or tying down materials in vehicle or trailer.

Material Take-Offs: Our staff is trained to assist you in the creation of your material list for your fence or gate project. Estimating assistance offered by our staff is not guaranteed to complete or meet any specific project requirement. All estimates are subject to the customer’s final discretion and accepts all responsibility for intended use.

Terms And Conditions Of Material Sales: (1) All Number 3 and 4 Grade Lumber Is Sold As Is With No Warranty Or Refunds. We will gladly show you a copy of our grading standards, if requested. Western Red Cedar is a natural product, in which cracks, wane or checking may appear over time. These characteristics may also occur in #2 grade or Select Tight Knot/Appearance grade product. This does not mean that the product is not “on-grade” at time of manufacturing or that its structural integrity has been compromised once these natural events occur, (2) All Special Ordered, Fabricated, Cut Or Non Stock Items Are Not Returnable, (3) 20% Restocking/Handling fee Will Be Assessed On All Steel and Iron products that are returned, (4). No partial returns allowed on lumber purchases. Pre-purchase selection of pickets is available for a 20% up-charge, (5) All Returns Require An Original Receipt And Must Be Completed With 30 Days, (6) $35.00 Charge Will Be Assessed For Each Check Returned.
